What is the refund method?
1. The refund will be sent to your SHEIN Wallet or original form of payment based on the refund method you selected.
2. If you did not select a refund method, we will proceed according to your previous preferred selection found in the refund record.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a refund notification email. Refund time depends on your refund method and bank.

How do refunds work with Klarna installment orders?
• If you have returned some or all of the items in your order to us, please allow us a few days to process your return. As soon as we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation from us by email.
• If your refund amount is less than the amount outstanding, your refund will be divided equally over the remaining installments so that the remaining installments are adjusted.
• If your refund amount is greater than the remaining balance you owe, the remaining installments will be cancelled, and the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
• If you have any other questions about your invoice, please get in touch with the Klarna payment platform.
How do refunds work with Afterpay/Zip/Affirm installment orders?
• If you have returned some or all of the items in your order to us, please allow us a few days to process your return. As soon as we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation from us by email.
• If subsequent installments have not yet been paid, your invoice will be updated based on the returned items, which may eliminate an installment or reduce the installment costs. Your refund will be applied from the last instalment and retroactively to the previous instalment.
• If you have already paid installments and the refund amount exceeds the outstanding balance payable, the remaining installments will be cancelled, and the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
• It is important to note that refunds will be returned to the card used to pay for the individual installments. If you have used different cards to pay for your installments, it is normal not to receive all refunded amounts simultaneously.

How can I get a refund if my credit/debit card is no longer valid or has expired?
For security reasons, the refund will only be processed to the original card from which the payment has been deducted.
If your original card has expired or is no longer valid, you may contact the card issuer (your bank or card company) for assistance; they will still be able to receive the money on your behalf.
How to check/find and use my wallet?
Please log in to your SHEIN account→My Assets to check whether your refund has been applied to your ‘Wallet.’ Please make sure to log in to the correct account then click ‘ My Wallet .’
Wallet balances cannot be withdrawn; they can only be used towards your future purchase.
What is ARN?
ARN stands for Acquirer Reference Number. Some debit/credit cards will generate the ARN when the refund is successful. The ARN will be displayed on the ‘Refund Details’ page and we will also send an email to inform you of the ARN.
If you have not received your refund within the standard time frame, please use the refund Acquirer Reference Number to contact your bank for more status updates and information.
Why is the received amount less than the refund amount?
1. The bank charges a commission fee.
2. The exchange rate has changed compared to that of the payment.
If you receive less than the original amount, you may contact your bank to check the above scenarios.
Note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Quality Check for Returns
1. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact SHEIN Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.
2. When a returned item arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect and/or test it to ensure it is return- eligible and meets the applicable return requirements listed above. If the item passes our quality check, we will issue a refund. If our inspection finds that the returned item is not return-eligible or does not meet the return requirements listed above, we will reject the return and refuse to issue a refund or credit.
3. If an item’s return is rejected, we will send the item back to you at the same address that was specified in the original order and will deduct its return shipping fee from the amount of refund of other item(s) returned in the same order, if any. Currently, the return shipping fee for sending the rejected-return item to you is $7.99, and we reserve the right to adjust this fee.
4. In certain cases, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to offer a refund on the rejected-return item, instead of sending it back to you.
Return Request Process(Including Combined Returns)
1. Sign into your SHEIN User Account.
2. Go to ” My Orders ” and find the order that contains the item(s) you would like to return and click “Order Details”.
3. Then click the “Return Item” button, select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and click “Next Step.” Please note that some items are non-returnable as specified above.
4. Select the “Refund Method”.
5. Select the “Return Method”. The 1st return shipping is free , but for any additional return(s) in the same order, a $7.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for each return. Due to logistic carriers’ restrictions, some return methods may not be supported for your return.
6. In certain cases, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to issue a refund for an item without the need of you returning the item.
